Welcome to my blog. You'll find a plethora of resources here on how to live a Catholic life. That is what I myself am trying to do as a son, husband, father and grandpa. I spend my days in the secular world, just like you, making a living. I spend my nights and weekends as a family man. But every moment of it all is consumed with my diaconate ministry and living my life for God.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for awakening my sleeping spirit and bringing me into your light. Thank you, Lord, for transforming me by the renewing of my mind. Thank you, Lord, for pouring out your Spirit on me, and revealing your Word to me. Thank you, Lord, for giving your angels charge over me in all my ways. Thank you for my faith in you and that from my innermost being shall flow rivers of living water. Thank you for directing my mind and heart into the love of the Father and the steadfastness of all your ways. Fill me to overflowing with your life and love, my Lord and King, Jesus Christ. AMEN
Solemn Resolution
O most merciful and loving Jesus, I offer to Thee this day my body, my soul, all that I have, all that I am. I promise Thee by the help of Thy grace to live a good Christian life in order that I may save my soul, and also that by my love and devotion I may make some amends for the outrages offered to The in the Most Holy and Divine Sacrament. Holy Mary, help me to be faithful to my promise. AMEN.
